The hotel is located in a dangerous area of downtown, close to Croclandia, with many homeless individuals, drug users, and prostitution around. The rooms, although a bit small, are cozy. The service is friendly and accommodating, but nights can be unwelcoming. The dining experience is of good quality, with kind staff willing to assist despite language barriers. The hotel is not far from the metro station, but caution is advised, especially at night.
